A: Text (877) 311-9422 with something like 'Schedule a game for Monday at 6pm.' Our AI will ask for any missing details — location, number of players. Confirm with YES and your game is created with a shareable join link.
Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: No. You can schedule game entirely by text. If you want additional features like recurring games or player management, or prefer to use the app in a browser, you can create an account at any time.
Q: How do players join my game?
A: You get a shareable link after your game is created. Forward it to your group text or send it to individual players. They tap the link, enter their name and phone number, and they're confirmed. No account or app needed.
Q: Can I set up recurring games?
A: Yes. Tell the AI you want a weekly game (e.g., 'Every Tuesday at 6pm at Central Park') and it will set up automatic scheduling. Players get reminders before each game and confirm by text.

A: Yes, you can get started for free. No credit card required. In the future we may charge a nominal fee to make sure we can cover out costs.
How It Works
Q: Which players get invited to my game?
A: Only the players that you approve. Rallyd suggests players from your network based on your compatibility scores, but you always have the final say.
Q: How are players ranked for my game?
A: Players are ranked by their compatibility score, which is computed from your ratings, game frequency together, review history, and notes. Your favorite players appear first. You're always in control - rate players and leave notes to refine your rankings.
Q: How does Rallyd know if a player is available?
A: Rallyd automatically reaches out to all players to check their availability - using email and/or SMS depending on what contact information we have. Note for SMS - each player must first opt-in to receive messages from Rallyd.
Q: What is the Compatibility Score?
A: The Compatibility Score (0-100) is a personalized metric shown on each partner's profile. It's computed from your rating, how often you play together, your review history, and any notes you've added. Partners with higher scores appear first in your partner list, helping you quickly find your best matches.
Q: What if not enough people can play?
A: If we can't fill your game, you'll get a notification asking for your help to add players or reschedule the game.
Q: Can I still manually invite people?
A: Absolutely! You can always add specific players to any game. Rallyd handles finding additional players to fill remaining spots based on your compatibility scores. You have full control.
Privacy & Control
Q: Who can see my skill ratings?
A: Your ratings are completely private to your account. Other players never see the ratings you've given them. This lets you organize balanced games without any awkwardness.
Q: What information do other players see?
A: Other players only see basic game details: time, location, and who's playing. They don't see your notes, ratings, or preferences about them.
Q: Can I block someone from future games?
A: Yes, you can remove any player from your network. Your preferences are always respected.
